Hello & Welcome!

I want to commend you for taking this important step toward seeking support for your personal growth - It takes courage to reach out.  I have always been passionate about helping others and this calling led me to pursue a career in mental health where I found my true purpose.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP).  Additionally, I am certified in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), which equips me to understand and respond effectively to various mental health challenges.

My counseling approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, drawing primarily from evidence-based therapies such as person-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).  I am dedicated to empowering and guiding individuals toward healing in a safe, non- judgmental space. Together, we will explore your thoughts and feelings, gaining insights into your experiences to help you achieve your goals. It is truly an honor to work alongside you as we learn, grow, and navigate the ebbs and flows of life.
