I commend your bravery and resilience as it can be incredibly difficult to make the decision to receive support in your recovery and self-healing. Finding the right therapist for you is an important part of the journey, so it would be an honor to introduce myself! 

 

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate in the State of Texas. I was born and raised in El Paso, TX, and I received both my Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and my Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling from UTEP, which is a CACREP accredited program. I plan to continue to grow my clinical skills in any way that I can, especially in regards to multiculturalism, somatic therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

 

My counseling approach is rooted in fostering a non-judgemental and safe environment. I believe it is crucial to work patiently with every person sitting across from me as we are navigating through different lived experiences, values, and backgrounds. I am a passionate ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and welcome individuals of all backgrounds, races, genders, and sexualities. I strive to create a warm, inclusive, and culturally competent environment where you feel deeply heard and supported.
