Lydia Kasmoch, Sarah Swafford and Hilary Hernandez have been friends and colleagues for more than a decade.  They opened THRIVE with two goals in mind: to provide a supportive workplace for therapists and to serve the mental health needs of the El Paso community.  Since 2019, they have grown to a practice of twelve clinicians and three receptionists.
